The Wordmark
Quaie stands for Quantitative Understanding of Artificial Intelligence in Enterprises.
The wordmark defines scope, not style.
Artificial intelligence is the subject of analysis.

The emphasis on understanding is deliberate. Quaie is not a tool, a platform, or a vendor. It is an intelligence company concerned with interpretation, coordination, and timing: how AI decisions actually form inside organisations, and when they become economically consequential.
Quantitative structure provides direction and comparability over time.
Qualitative judgement is used to interpret context, friction, and alignment that numbers alone cannot explain.
The Icon
The Quaie icon is composed of three horizontal stages intersected by a diagonal conductor’s baton.
The stages
The horizontal lines represent stages of organisational AI adoption and maturity. They are intentionally non-temporal and non-metric. Rather than showing growth or performance, they describe structural progression: how capability, alignment, and readiness evolve inside organisations.
They read as early → middle → mature, without implying fixed categories or prescriptive thresholds.
The baton
The diagonal conductor’s baton represents judgement and orchestration. It symbolises the role of intelligence in coordinating different functions that move at different speeds, and in applying timing discipline to complex decisions. The baton does not create outcomes; it guides interpretation across stages.
Together, the icon expresses Quaie’s core idea:

Why Hand-Drawn
The hand-drawn form is intentional. It signals interpretation over automation and judgement over certainty. Quaie’s work does not reduce complex change to mechanical outputs or deterministic forecasts. It is concerned with how meaning forms when quantitative signals are read alongside human context, incentives, and constraints.
Relation to the Work
The wordmark defines what Quaie studies.
The icon reflects how that study is conducted.
Quaie produces role-based, longitudinal predictive intelligence by observing how the same organisational roles respond to the same decision questions over time. By tracking stages of adoption, alignment, and consensus across roles, Quaie identifies direction, sequencing, and timing, the conditions under which action becomes rational.
